Our store uses PayPal. and Sage (??) They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you, as well as capturing your personal data.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Purchasing Products

Our shopping pages will guide you to place an order with us through our website. Our process allows you to check and amend your order before submitting it to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the process.

However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted by us and we reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept any orders. We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the products have been despatched. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you this despatch confirmation. “
If we are unable to supply you with a product, we will inform you by e-mail and we will not process your order.
For hygiene purposes, no underwear or swimwear can be returned.
Billing and Account information
We may, at our sole discretion, cancel or limit quantities purchased per client or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed under the same account, credit card, and/or orders that use the same e-mail, billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or stop orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Shipping
All postage charges are made in GBP/£.
All deliveries are tracked and some may require a signature on receipt.
We aim to despatch all goods on the day we receive your order by 15.00pm (GMT/BST). On Fridays anything after 1.00pm will be processed on the next working day.
All orders placed on the weekend or Bank/Public Holidays will also be shipped the next working day.
UK Delivery: Royal Mail, 1st Class. Please allow up to 3 working days, (excluding the weekend and Bank Holidays). £5.00 P&P. Timeframe of delivery can vary occasionally.
EU Delivery: Royal Mail Track and Trace. Delivery estimate is within 7-10 working days, (excluding the weekend and Bank Holidays).
Worldwide Delivery: aim is 7-10 working days. We ship all orders recorded delivery and tracking details will be sent to the email address which was used to place the order.
All international orders will be marked on the customs form with the actual value of the order. Workout Underwear will not be liable for any tariffs, import duties or international taxes that may be imposed outside the UK.
We are not liable for any item(s) that get lost, stolen or damaged during or after your order has been shipped.
Refunds
If an item from an order is no longer in stock or the pricing is different but not reflected at check out, we will contact you to advise you on the changes and let you either accept, cancel or be refunded.
After shipping, should the order not be delivered for any reason (incorrect address, recipient not being home etc), the goods will be returned to Workout Underwear. Once the order has been returned and received, we will rearrange delivery, although this will be at the customer cost. In this instance, no refunds are offered as failed delivery is outside our control.
Unable to Deliver
Royal Mail will attempt to deliver in accordance with their own policy. If the package cannot be delivered for any reason (no one home, incorrect delivery address etc), the package will then be sent back to Workout Underwear. Only once we receive the items back at Workout Underwear, will we then contact you to arrange re-delivery – Please note we do not offer refunds in this instance, we re-arrange delivery but at the cost to the customer.
